Reading: Our story this week is: “Dinosaurs Travel – A Guide for Families on the Go.”
Genre: Nonfiction: Informational Book – An informational book gives information about a topic.
Vocabulary Words:
1. cassette – a case with a tape inside used to record music
2. companions – people who come along with someone
3. luggage – a suitcases or boxes used by travelers
4. relatives – people of the same family
5. sturdy – strong and made to last
Math: We will continue with Ch 12 multiplication and division. Timed test: We will go down to 3:00 which is our final goal. If your child passes this test with an 80, they will not have to take the test again this year.
Social Science: We will continue with our unit on animal habitats. We will be writing an animal report in class.
